We also try to run our schedules to minimize your waiting time before being seen. We respect your time, and know from personal experience how frustrating it is to arrive on time for an appointment and be forced to sit and wait before being seen. Sometimes emergencies occur and we do run behind, but we will always try to let you know if that happens, and give you the opportunity to reschedule if you wish.
